Tri-colored Heron
This is a tri-colored heron at Magnolia Plantation. We have seen great blue herons, snowy egrets, marsh hens, grebes, ducks and ibises before, but never a tri-colored heron. We sa
w it on Wednesday afternoon on a nature "train" ride. It was pretty cold.
